Questions
  1. What order are the letters in a monogram?
    • It is a personal preference! Some people believe that the man goes on the left, as the saying is “Man and Wife”. Some people believe that the woman goes on the left because in a traditional wedding ceremony, the woman stands to the left of the man. Either way is perfectly acceptable. In both cases, the common last initial is larger in the middle. For example, Marc and Christie Fussell is MFC or CFM. For men, most people do the three initials straight across: Marc Scott Fussell would be MFS. For women, the last initial is still larger in the middle: Christie Frazier Fussell would be CFF. It's completely up to you! Please make sure that you check the order of your letters before submitting your order. We aim to please and will monogram your letters in the order that they are typed. If you would like them straight across, please specify that in the comments section of your order. This will ensure that you receive the monogram you want!

  2. How long will it take to process my personalized order?
    • C and E Designs does everything in it's power to get your personalized gift to you as soon as possible. However, personalized orders can take anywhere from a couple of days up to 2-3 weeks. If you order a gift and need it by a special date please feel free to call me, Christie Fussell at 314-954-5545 where I can monitor your order and expedite your order in a timely manor.

  3. Do you do special embroidery designs?
    • If you would like to add an embroidery design to your gift please let me know. Please contact me either via the contact page or by calling me, Christie Fussell @ 314-954-5545. I can send you some examples to give you a better idea.


  4. What is a FAQ?
    • FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. As questions are sent we will compile a list of the more frequent question here! This will allow you to check the website for quick answers before needing to contact an individual.

  5. What is your shipping policy? Can I have my order shipped directly to someone else?
    • We currently ship UPS Ground and charge according to the UPS shipping rates/guidelines within the Continental United States. Please note that personalized items take 3-4 weeks to arrive. If you need your order sooner, please select our expedited shipping which will ship in 7 business days.

      I can send your special gift directly to whom its for, simply add the shipping information at check out.


  6. Do you ship to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
    • Yes, we do ship to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

  7. Who can I call if I have a question about my order?
    • Call us, Monday-Friday from 9AM to 5PM CST, at 314-954-5545. We are happy to assist you with any questions, or to take your order over the phone. Any calls after 5PM will be returned on the next business day.


  8. Do you accept returns?
    • Our return policy is as follows: We will gladly accept back your item within 14 days of receiving your item.  However, all custom made items, personalized items and monogrammed items are final sale.

  9. What is the return process and guidelines?
    • To send an item back please:

      1) Call CandE Designs.com to obtain an RA number.

      2) Pack your item(s) securely with the receipt of the purchase.

      3) Send your item back using an insured, track-able method.

      4) Once we receive your item back, we will contact you to confirm receipt of your returned item.

      5) We will post a refund to the credit card used or original method of payment you purchased your items with.

      6) Items received outside of the 14 day return policy period will be issued a store credit.
